Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate staffing, supervise non-professional staff, oversee medication management, and provide direct patient care as needed. Based in Clovis, NM, the role supports staff development and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
• At least one year of nurse management experience.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, high-quality, cost-effective health care.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs and coordinate training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management and ensure proper handling per policy.
• Provide direct patient care along with other unit nurses.
