Job summary

St. Anthony HC and Rehab Ctr in Clovis, NM is seeking a Unit Manager - LPN to deliver compliant, high-quality nursing care on a designated unit, while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate staffing, supervise non-professional staff, oversee med management, and support ongoing education with the Nurse Educator; a current LPN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of LPN.
• Must hold a current LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of nurse management experience.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs of the staff and coordinate training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management per company policy.
• Provide direct patient care with unit nurses to maintain skills.
