Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Unit LNA to provide supportive bedside nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. In addition to clinical duties, the LNA performs routine non-professional tasks to support unit workflow.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Vermont license, BLS, and potential unit certifications within 12 months. Prior hospital or nursing home LNA experience is preferred.
The Unit LNA provides supportive bedside nursing care to patients as well as related non-professional services under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Serving as part of the team, the Unit LNA also performs basic administrative and clerical activities to support the operations and general workflow of the unit(s) to which they are assigned.

Pay Range = $21.96 - $31.99
