Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Unit Educator to lead educational and quality improvement activities on the nursing unit. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance patient care and align with nursing standards.

The role reports to the Nurse Manager and collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Development Educators to advance clinical practice and knowledge integration.

Competenze

• BSN degree required.
• Current Michigan RN licensure required.
• Equivalent of four years clinical experience with defined patient population preferred.
• 1-2 years of stepdown experience.
