Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a diligent Packaging Technician in Rockford, IL. You will repackage unit-dose medications, operate packaging equipment, and ensure labels and CPT procedures are followed in a hospital pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities include maintenance of packaging equipment, daily order fulfillment, and adherence to cgMP and SOP standards. A strong eye for detail and reliability are essential for patient safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of PC Windows.
• Experience with mechanical packaging equipment preferred.
• Pharmacy hospital experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repackaging unit-dose medications and fulfilling daily orders.
• Operate packaging equipment to repackage oral solids into unit-dose and fill cups, vials, and syringes.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Generate accurate packaging labels per SOPs and cgMP standards.
