We are looking for aUnit Director of Nursing (UDON)/ Unit Manager (RN)to lead a 60-bed plus skilled nursing unit. We require a compassionate and responsible individual capable of providing outstanding quality care and customer service with strong ability to manage staff, residents, and families on the unit. UDON reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).
Must have a current and active California RN License
A minimum offiveyear experience in nursing supervision in a skilled nursing facility/long term care
Great working knowledge of PCC
Great communication and critical thinking skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Monday - Friday (8:00-5:00)
Some Weekends as Manager On Duty
