Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain electronic and paper medical records, ensuring accuracy.
• Assemble medical records for patient discharges and transfers.
• Serve as primary contact for the unit, assisting nursing staff and providers.
• Manage unit supply inventory, monitoring expiration dates and placing orders.
