Valley Health Specialty Hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated CNA to support the nursing unit with patient care and clerical duties. This facility combines orthopedic surgery and inpatient rehabilitation in one location.

Responsibilities include assisting in planning, organizing and evaluating unit activities, performing routine patient care per state guidelines, and maintaining compassionate, safe service for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and CNA certification required in Nevada.
• Basic PC skills and medical terminology knowledge.
• Current CNA license in Nevada with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing unit in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties on the unit.
• Deliver patient care/service activities per state guidelines.
