The Valley Health System’s Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas is seeking a CNA to assist the nursing unit with clerical and patient care duties, under state guidelines.

Qualifications include a Nevada CNA license, current BLS, and high school or equivalent; completion of education to obtain CNA certification is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and efficient service in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education:

High school or equivalent preferred. Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA certification from Nevada Board of Nursing.

Technical Skills:

Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.

License/Certification:

Current CNA license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification required.

Other:

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
