Mercyhealth is a northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin integrated health system seeking a unit clerk to support patient care operations. You will process orders, answer calls and relay messages, and maintain patient records in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires completion of a unit clerk course or on-the-job training; CPR/BLS certification within 90 days; strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; and a reliable, professional approach to patient confidentiality and teamwork.
Completion of Unit clerk course or equivalent on the job training.
Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days.
To perform this job successfully, computer knowledge is beneficial.
