GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing care in a dynamic hospital unit. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in nursing, Maryland RN licensure, and strong communication and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree should be completed within three years of start date.
Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree required within 3 years of start date.
Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse.
Healthcare Provider CPR biennial
Additional certifications (i.e. ACLS, PALS, NRP) for specialty care areas are required upon hire
Certification in specialty preferred
Two years clinical experience in a relevant area preferred.
RN 3’s will participate in Leadership and Professional Development and unit based Shared Governance.

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
