UNIQLO is seeking a Sales Associate in Paramus, NJ to deliver exceptional customer service, advise on product selection, and close sales. The role supports store operations, including cashier duties and processing shipments, while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation.
The position is part-time, hourly, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful; high school diploma or GED required.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible to exceed customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.
Salary : $16.00/ hour
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
High School Diploma or G.E.D., or 6 months retail or related experience
Minimum of 12 hours availability per week
