Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a seasonal UNIQLO Associate in Massachusetts (Braintree) to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards. The role requires effective communication, flexible scheduling, and physical stamina for a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating as a cashier when needed, maintaining stock, and presenting products with excellent service. End date is 12/31/2026; minimum 12 hours per week with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks (lifting at least 25 pounds).
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with bending, standing, twisting, and climbing.

Job description

Salary: $18.00 / hour

This position is seasonal, with an end date of 12/31/2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
• Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Part time/Seasonal requirements

• Minimum of 12 hours per week
• Availability on weekends, with religious exemptions considered
• Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period (12/19-12/31 -- we are closed on Christmas Day)
