Job summary

MTH Industries is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with forklift, crane, and driving experience to support warehouse and field operations. This role requires certification, safety focus, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have forklift and crane certifications, plus prior commercial driving experience. Clean driving record and union affiliation or eligibility are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification and demonstrated forklift operating experience.
• Crane certification and experience safely operating crane equipment.
• Previous commercial or material-delivery driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be currently affiliated with the applicable union or willing and eligible to join the union.
• Ability to load, unload, secure, and transport materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Safely operate cranes and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Load and unload trucks while properly securing materials.
• Drive company vehicles and transport materials, equipment, or supplies as needed.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, condition, and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company, OSHA, union, and jobsite safety requirements.
