Job summary

T. Bruce Sales, Inc. in West Middlesex, PA is seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our union shop. You will read blueprints, lay out and cut structural steel components, and weld with MIG, STICK, or TIG techniques on a variety of projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with welding and fabrication tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components
• Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
