Western Specialty Contractors is seeking self-motivated, skilled individuals to serve as a Skilled Laborer at our Indianapolis branch. If you have a strong work ethic and a personality focused on customer satisfaction, we want to meet you!

As part of the branch production team, you will perform work within your designated area according to accepted craft standards. Experienced skilled laborers are encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities

• Masons and Tuckpointers: Brick replacement, lintel replacement, mortar removal and replacement, stone repair
• Waterproofers: Below grade and building envelope waterproofing, pedestrian and vehicular coatings
• Caulkers: Sealant removal and replacement around windows, glass glazing, perimeter sealing, control and expansion joints
• Concrete Journeymen: Concrete repair, patches, epoxy and urethane injection, carbon fiber reinforcement, grout patching, post-tension repairs, sealing

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a trade or craft preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math to understand safety policies and instructions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights and in extreme temperatures
• Ability to read drawings and identify hazards
• Own hand tools of the trade
• Reliable transportation; willingness to work weekends, nights, out of town, at heights
