JETSET Pilates® in Washington is seeking enthusiastic Pilates Instructors to lead engaging and high-energy classes. Instructors will motivate clients of various skill levels, guiding them safely through modern Pilates workouts while ensuring proper modifications are shown. Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, embody JETSET's culture, and contribute to a welcoming studio community.

The role requires a current CPR/AED certification and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor, ideally in Pilates.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients.

Job description

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50-minutes, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to be able to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
