Job summary

Graphic Packaging International seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Irvine, CA facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with facility repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills, experience with industrial equipment, and a commitment to SQF/5s and continuous improvement. Shift work and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Five year on-the-job experience as an electrician, mechanic or plant maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; specialized electrical skills and basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facility preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair work orders and facility upkeep as directed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Utility workers to complete assignments safely and timely.
• Inspect drives, motors and belts, check fluid levels, and perform lubrication as needed.
• Assist with environmental and safety compliance programs (SQF/HSE).
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
