As a CBRE Union Engineer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and safety of sophisticated building systems. Working alongside a skilled team of professionals, you'll be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and instrument calibration activities that support seamless facility operations.
This position is part of CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services function, where our professionals deliver world-class preventive maintenance, technical support, and repair services across critical building infrastructure and mechanical systems. The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the Union position is $51.52 per hour. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale
