Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Union Engineer to join a team responsible for a site’s equipment maintenance and instrument calibration processes, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

You will troubleshoot, maintain maintenance schedules, and contribute to training materials while upholding CBRE RISE values and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience; shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50 lbs., stooping, standing, climbing stairs.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment.
• Address major network problems affecting multiple locations and maintain documentation.
• Maintain routine maintenance schedules and update technical references.
• Lead training and create documentation for system and application updates.
