Lunda Construction Co. is seeking a Crane Operator (Union) to support project sites in Black River Falls, WI; Waukesha, WI; Hilbert, WI; and Rosemount, MN. This union position emphasizes safe operation and adherence to rigging procedures across diverse crane types.

The role requires current crane operator certification as a plus, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work outdoors at construction sites across multiple locations. Training is available through the unions while on site.

Qualifications

• Current certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Union training available through the Unions if requirements are not met.

Responsibilities

• As a Crane Operator (Union), operate different types of mobile cranes including rough terrain telescopic boom and lattice boom crawlers.
• Perform daily maintenance and inspections of crane.
• Understand rigging procedures and removal-from-service criteria.
• Communicate using radio, verbal, and hand signals.
• Assist with setup, operation, and dismantling of crane equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
