Job summary

Lunda Construction Company is seeking a Concrete Finisher (Union) to join our project sites in Black River Falls, WI; Waukesha, WI; Hilbert, WI; and Rosemount, MN. This position offers union wages and year-round work with a strong safety culture.

You will pour and finish concrete for decks, sidewalks, ramps, and structures; grind and patch as needed, and coordinate with crews. Four years of experience and ability to work nights, weekends, and OT are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience pouring concrete.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Problem solver with attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pour concrete for bridges, sidewalks, ramps, footings, piers, and curbs.
• Grind and patch surfaces as needed.
• Repair concrete and patching materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
