Job summary

Blackmore & Buckner Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, in Noblesville, Indiana, is hiring experienced commercial roofers for various projects across Indiana. The role requires 2+ years of roofing experience and the ability to work on re-roofs and new construction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
• Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation
• Install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications
• Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
• Read and follow job drawings and work orders
• Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
• Work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with foremen and project management
• Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members
