Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Union CDL Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. The role offers home daily with no nights or weekends, with a schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, or until route completion.

Starting pay is $28.20 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities include delivering materials to customers, loading/unloading with pallet jacks, taking returns, and maintaining safety and vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL B.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1–3 years of driving experience.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements per DOT standards; valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 90 lbs occasionally.
• Strong customer-focused communication.
• Able to navigate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly; ensure delivery ticket accompanies material.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck and report issues.
• Follow safety policies; work overtime as needed.
