Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Bartender (Union) for a part-time role. The bartender will mix and serve beverages per recipes, while focusing on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service to ensure a high-quality guest experience in the beverage department.

Responsibilities include stocking, cash handling, and POS use, plus maintaining bar area hygiene and coordination with restaurant or lounge food service when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
• Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsabilités

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures.
• Provide food and beverage service in restaurant or lounge environments when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops and equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain appropriate sound and music levels as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
