Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Maintain inventory control of all items and clothing.
• Ensure quality controls are in place for all uniform processes, rejecting exceptions.
• Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Uniform Room.
• Ensure uniforms are ordered and controlled in line with business and events.
• Report to management if any uniforms must be discarded or replenished while ensuring the proper procedure is followed.
• Perform administrative responsibilities including but not limited to documenting, typing reports, purchase orders, payroll deductions, and filing.
• Ensure uniforms are properly stored and recorded.
• Spearhead and implement uniform standards and ensure all Team Members are in accordance with standards.
• Ensure Team Members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.
• Issue uniforms to Team Members and maintain uniform records.
• Spearhead and implement an inventory and uniform check strategy and process that aligns with the CRCR brand and expectations.
• Provide end‑of‑the‑month reporting of expenses/budget.
• Recommend equipment, linen, and chemical purchasing needs to management in budget preparation.
• Manage Team Member service issues quickly and effectively.
• Be responsible for proper running of equipment and proper amounts of chemicals.
• Other duties as assigned.
