Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to support larger customers by distributing uniforms on the customer premises. You will respond to inquiries, maintain inventory, perform minor repairs, and label new garments while organizing the room for efficient handouts.

The role requires basic computer skills, a customer-service background, and flexibility to work on-site in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Office/clerical work experience.
• Preferred: professional laundry experience.
• Preferred: experience using ironing press and steaming equipment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms to customer employees on-site.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns face to face.
• Maintain and stock inventory; fix minor repairs as needed.
• Deliver products to various locations of the customer facility.
• Order and label new garments.
• Organize the room for garment handout; maintain daily transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures as per Cintas and customer programs.
