Avon Community School Corporation seeks a Unified Track Assistant Coach to support the head coach for the 2026-27 season. You will assist in developing and executing athletic programs that build student-athlete skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The role provides instruction, leadership, and ongoing support to the team, requiring coaching or playing experience and the ability to motivate students. The stipend for this season is $773.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The assistant athletic coach assists the head coach in developing and executing athletic programs that foster student-athletes' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
