Beazley Management Limited is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support underwriters with submission triage, quoting, rating, binding and issuance support. You will manage account activities and provide effective reporting on portfolios, while developing relationships with brokers and clients.

The role requires accuracy, strong MS Office skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Beazley values professionalism, integrity and customer focus in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and numerical accuracy.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update policy information in the policy admin system.
• Gather information for new business and renewal quoting.
• Liaise with broker queries.
• Prepare quote and rating tools for the underwriter.
• Produce quote documentation.
• Handle midterm account management activities.
• Provide professional service to brokers and clients.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Prepare, generate and issue policy documents as required.
