MSIG USA is seeking an Underwriting Intern in our politically focused risk division. This hybrid role in Alexandria, VA offers hands-on experience evaluating political risk, assisting in underwriting for new and renewal business, and learning how data informs decision-making.

You'll work with claims, legal, and finance teams and gain exposure to policy management and risk assessment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Political Risk, International Relations, or Business,

Responsabilités

• Risk assessment and analysis: assist in evaluating financial statements, credit reports, and industry trends to assess risk profiles of potential clients.
• Underwriting assistance: support underwriting for new and renewal business in Political Risk insurance, helping determine coverage terms and conditions.
