Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company offers a Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Internship Program for qualified interns across the U.S. Interns will gain hands-on experience, receive on-the-job training and learn about the property & casualty insurance industry. Positions run about 10–12 weeks beginning in late May/early June and ending in mid-August.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate maintains a 3.0+ GPA and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis basics.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and underwriting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete challenging and meaningful project work during the 10–12 week program.
• Learn underwriting, sales and marketing with a dedicated coach.
• Engage in Executive Speaker Series, networking events and intern symposium.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
