Full or part‑time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional skills aligned with operating objectives, receiving guidance from senior staff.
Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise relevant to the organization.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or action proposals as requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to specific objectives of the unit.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
