Job Summary
Responsible for assessing the legal status of property titles to ensure they are clear for insurance purposes. Review title searches, deeds, and other legal documents to identify any issues that could affect the property's ownership. Provide legal guidance to internal teams and clients regarding title issues and collaborate with external legal experts when necessary. Minimize risks associated with property transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
