Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Associate Operations Account Specialist to learn and grow in a structured environment. You will manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through lifecycle stages such as rating, pricing, and issuing policies while building strong relationships with teammates and agents.

The role emphasizes training, adherence to workflows, good decision-making, and delivering quality service within defined SLAs. A foundational background with Microsoft Office supports daily tasks.

• Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating/pricing, quoting, issuing policies, and handling related account activities.

• Learn standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines to understand business processes.
• Analyze multiple sources of information to make sound decisions.
• Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance business partner and customer confidence.
• Execute service level commitments and deliver quality products in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$47,700.00 - $78,600.00
