Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with little to no industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree completed before June 2026.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business across Starr's departments through hands-on training.
• Contribute to group projects on emerging technologies or process improvement.
• Participate in home office visits to New York City for training and team-building events.
• Engage with cross-departmental teams to understand underwriting, claims, actuarial, and other areas.
