Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Analyst roles are in-person opportunities requiring office presence at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the evaluation and analysis of risks to help determine coverage, terms, and pricing.
• Reviewing underwriting submissions, financial information, loss history, and exposure data.
• Building relationships and communicating with brokers, clients, and internal partners.
• Assisting with quotes, proposals, renewals, and underwriting documentation.
• Learning underwriting guidelines, appetite, and risk selection strategies.
• Partnering with experienced underwriters and cross-functional teams.
• Using data and analytical tools to support underwriting decisions.
• Developing knowledge of AIG products, industry trends, and market conditions.
