This position is responsible for data entry of accounts into the agency management system, binding coverage, and sending policies and endorsements to brokers. It provides prompt and courteous service to underwriters, brokers, coworkers, and management, supporting the overall production and objectives of the department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data importing and data entry of accounts into the Agency Management System.
2. Reviewing documentation to ensure risks meet outlined requirements.
3. Maintaining documentation and generating policies.
4. Providing first-level customer and broker correspondence.
5. Processing endorsements and legal notices.
6. Binding policies as directed within the Agency Management System.
7. Training and mentoring new Underwriting Analysts.
8. Handling escalated or complex tasks, building on Underwriting Analyst skills.
9. Assisting with Loss History reports, invoicing, and importing when needed.
