• Core Underwriting experience and minimum 3 years’ experience in UW (Preferably in live UW)
• Extensive experience in 4C’s of Underwriting
• Must have worked on all products FHA, VA & Conventional
• Must have a fair understanding of RESPA, TILA, TRID guidelines
• Excellent risk assessment skillset
• Good communication skills written and verbal
