Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Underwriter Media in Scottsdale, AZ, (Hybrid in-office 2 days). The Underwriter will place good risks, create a pipeline of business and manage new and renewal book of business across a few programs. Responsibilities

Utilizing technical, sales and analytical skills to underwrite, price and negotiate accounts consistent with the quality of the risk and according to the strategies and guidelines for the Media product line
Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale brokers providing excellent service
Work with multiple teams in underwriting, Product and team leaders, operations, claims, finance and marketing to help build or enhance products
Contribute to the financial performance of the business unit
Identify creative solutions for partners
Create new business production on small, mid-market and national sized risks
10-20% travel for broker visits and industry events
