First American seeks a Senior Title Underwriter to guide complex real estate deals across Texas markets (Houston, San Antonio, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin). This hybrid role blends autonomy with collaboration, requiring deep expertise to underwrite residential and commercial transactions and advise agents and staff.
You’ll exercise delegated authority, shape risk decisions, and partner with escrow and operations to keep deals moving.

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually
The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
