Ready to help real estate transactions close smoothly? Title Solutions Group (an Investors Title company) is hiring a Settlement Officer to coordinate, process, and disburse escrow files across the markets we serve—keeping every closing on time, accurate, and stress-free for our customers.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with your Agency Manager and branch teams to remove roadblocks and keep production humming.

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow ITIC settlement/accounting guidelines and communicate with clients and coworkers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate all aspects of closing: ensure files are ready, process loan packages, and attend closings when needed.
  • Create/edit settlement statements; print checks and manage disbursements; complete all post-closing functions.
  • Pitch in across branches as needed; review daily reconciliation items, follow up on aging escrow files, and more.
  • Answer escrow customer questions and help resolve issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience).
  • 2+ years in real estate loan closings and settlement operations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability to review recorded real estate documents.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and meticulous with files; excellent written and verbal communication.
