Specialty HR Consulting seeks an experienced Mortgage Underwriter for our client in Miami, FL. The role validates income, assets, and collateral documents and handles a range of mortgage types including conventional, FHA, government, and USDA loans.
The position requires 5+ years of underwriting experience with strong knowledge of agency guidelines and ATR/QM requirements. The candidate should hold DE/SAR/LAPP certifications a plus and be proficient in Encompass LOS and MS Office.
We are seeking an Underwriter for one of our clients located in Miami, FL. The Underwriter is responsible for validating income, asset, and collateral documents including self-employed tax returns. The Underwriter may be involved in one or several types of mortgage lending including, but not limited to, conventional, FHA, government, USDA, etc.This role is based in the Miami, FL office 5 days a week.
