Overview

Sisson Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced pipelayer with underground utility construction.

Responsibilities

• Experience and proficiency in pipe installation for storm, sanitary, water and fire line utilities. Daily work includes setting manholes and storm boxes, pipe installation, connecting to manholes and ensuring that bedding, backfilling and trenches are properly leveled.
• Able to be the leader in the ditch and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively follow through on verbal and written instructions from Foreman/Supervisor.
• Ability to ensure pipes are laid correctly adhering to project plans and specifications.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Storm drain and sewer experience a plus.
• 40+ Hours a week - Monday -Thursday 10 hours, Fridays - 7-12.
