Job summary

Precision Locating LLC is seeking an Underground Utility Locator to join our growing team in Sauk Centre, MN. You will help ensure accurate marking of underground utilities to keep communities safe while working outdoors.

Experience is not required as we provide all safety and job training. You’ll receive a starting pay of $18-20/hour, a company vehicle to travel to sites, and tools including a laptop, tablet, and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of gps navigation, map reading, and locating tools.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude; in-person customer service experience preferred.
• A basic understanding of electronics and good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills.
• Clear background and driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mark underground utilities for safety.
• Maintain accurate records of locate data.
• Work outdoors at job sites across Sauk Centre area.
