Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Hillman/Tailman for our underground utility installation projects. You will work with the pipe crew to safely install water, sewer, and drainage systems, ensuring quality and compliance with blueprints and design specifications.

Responsibilities include trenching/shoring, pipe handling, equipment operation, materials tracking, safety adherence, and daily reporting. Candidates must have proven field experience and be prepared for varying weather and multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hillman or Tailman in underground utility construction.
• Familiarity with trenching and shoring techniques.
• Commitment to safety and ability to enforce safety protocols.
• Proficiency in material handling and equipment operation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites.

Responsibilities

• Trenching and shoring: assist excavation prep for pipe installation.
