Job summary

TAK Broadband in Missoula, MT is seeking an experienced Missile Crew Foreman to lead underground utility construction crews in Missoula and surrounding areas. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate drilling, locating and production activities as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in underground construction, strong leadership, ability to read plans, and a CDL Class A.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in underground construction or missile/impact moling.
• Experience leading construction, drilling, boring or utility crews.
• Ability to read utility prints, staking sheets, and project plans.
• Knowledge of 811 requirements and safe digging practices.
• Valid government photo ID and Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise missile crews to ensure safe, efficient work per specs.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks and coordinate resources.
• Review plans and utility locates before work begins.
• Operate missile/march equipment for underground installations.
• Maintain daily production reports and project documentation.
• Train and mentor crew members and uphold safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and 811 requirements.
