NuCal Pipeline is seeking an experienced foreman to lead underground utility construction projects in Southern California. You will supervise crews, coordinate field activities, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have a background in underground wet utility work, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets while adapting to changing conditions on site.

• Experience as foreman or supervisor in underground wet utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground utility construction activities.
• Manage projects and crews to ensure work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
• Oversee pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to management and engineers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Identify and address potential jobsite risks, delays, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
• Maintain a productive, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground utility construction activities

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications
• Oversee pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in underground wet utility construction
• Strong knowledge of underground pipeline construction and field operations
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints

• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and changing jobsite conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of assigned projects
