Job summary

Royal Electric is hiring Laborers for infrastructure projects at the DFW Airport. The role involves assisting with underground utilities, concrete work, and general labor on site. You will support electricians and operators, perform trenching and backfilling, and help with setup and cleanup of the jobsite.

We require at least 2+ years of construction labor experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, strong safety awareness, and reliability. CDL is preferred; travel within Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• Safety oriented and disciplined in following procedures.
• Attention to detail is essential for site work and documentation.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.
• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and demobilize the jobsite and set up/clean up.
• Assist electricians and operators with underground utilities placement.
• Perform concrete work including pours and form work.
• Conduct general labor tasks: shoveling, trenching, grading, lifting.
• Operate and maintain tools and company vehicles.
• Backfill trenches and assist crew as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
