Job summary

B&F Contracting is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to support underground utility projects in Tucson, AZ. You will operate trenchers, backhoes and loaders, perform pre-shift checks and maintain safe work practices in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

The role requires at least 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, the ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience operating heavy equipment for utility projects.
• Experience with trenching, backhoes, loaders and related equipment.
• Knowledge of underground utility installation and safety practices.
• Ability to work safely outdoors in Arizona heat and comply with OSHA rules.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
