Qualifications

• Backhoe operation experience and ability to excavate around utilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates backhoe to excavate and move earth for utilities installation.
• Install and maintain water mains, service lines, and piping.
• Locate underground utilities and ensure trench safety per OSHA.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Support on-call responses as needed.
